Secure Online Ordering
We provide a secure shopping environment for you, our valued customer. All online transactions are handled with industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. When you enter your credit card number and personal information into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form. The information is then used to process and send your order. We may also use the information to contact you for feedback on our products and services. We do not share this information with outside parties.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS). For orders of 1-5 shirts, the shipping and handling charge is a flat rate of $5. When ordering 6-10 shirts, the shipping and handling charge is $7. Shipping is FREE when ordering 11 or more of our 40 something items (so start thinking about all your 40 something friends who must have one or more of these shirts!)
Please remember, sending items via USPS usually takes 2-7 days for delivery from the shipping date. If you would like to make other arrangements for receipt of your shirts (i.e. Federal Express or UPS), please contact us at 847-266-9053 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Returns and Exchanges
At 40somethingtshirts.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed merchandise only. If you need to return or exchange your t-shirt, please inform us by using our Contact Us form. You must let us know before you send any items for return or exchange. Please remember that we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, so please mail your items using delivery confirmation to ensure proper tracking.
